Has any UK expat recently been to ID Malta to register to become a resident? Now we are in the transition of Brexit are there different forms to fill in? Or do you still have to fill in Form J, Form A etc

I was posted an application form to submit within a specific week. The evidence was much the same as before but no health information / proof required.

A better experience than when I went went to Valletta - Air conditioning and plenty of seats but still took ages. In my case 2 and 3/4 hours. The icing on the cake was when I asked about picking up the new id card, I was informed that they had not been designed yet. Apparently people who applied in January still haven't got them.
