i have a possible job opportunity in qatar. i have a medical condition in which i am a HBSag positive (means i am positive in Hepa B Surface Antigen but mine is non-contagious and am very healthy). I am an Electrical Engineer. I have read in the other forums that if someone's profession is involved in medical, saloon, food handling, they will test HIV, TB and HBV. But for me like engineer, it wil be HIV and TB only. Can someone confirm this? I was able to find a job in UAE with this kind of medical condition.

Ur formility is completed and U have to wait unless they send you your copy of visa enabling you to start up your journey.. your employer should have a specialist, known in arabic as "mandoub" should finish for u all the procedures . Sorry to ask , who's your employer ?

hey angel , ray is right  . u get your visit visa on airport arrival and your employer should do the rest while your sitting legs crossed . catch your job quickly , the visa isn't an obstacle.

Hamad hospital should sign an offering contract with u. Offer them that u may come here (on their expense ) for two weeks during the Christmas holiday to sign the contract. It's their responsibility to issue the visa for u

Hi, I have had an offer letter which I have signed and sent back to them along with copies of passport police check education certificates medical letter and photos this was back in July

So why aren't they moving ???
