Hi You can find linseed at Annam Gourmet Hai Ba Trung, 16-18 Hai BÃ Trưng, District 1, Saigon. Its called "hạt lanh" in Vietnamese. The staff can speak English so dont worry about the language!! Hope this helps! Read More
