MASTER CARDS AT ATM MACHINES

I use prepaid Master Cards in Ethiopia. One is 'ClearCash' and works fine in ATM machines the other is a 'Lebara' card that will not work in any ATM. They are both Master Cards. Anyone else have this problem or an explanation why ATM discriminate different Master Cards.

Called them when it first happened - even they could not understand it.
