Held at Ker Fitness in bole, 3rd floor of the Yoly Building. (Near to Atlas Hotel)
Tuesday and Wednesday at the following times:
4-4.15pm Registration
4.15-5pm Class time 4-6yr olds
*6-6.45pm Tuesdays for 7-13yr olds
5-6pm Wednesday for 7-13yr olds
150 birr per lesson
250 birr per week per child
1000birr per month per child
10% off three months advance bookings
10% discount applies to monthly group members of (3 or more)

What to expect:
1. Warming up with good posture – Learning to stand tall
2. Turn out – all ballet positions begin with feet turned out from the hips.
3. Strong feet – practising different parts of your foot stretching.
4. At the barre – holding lightly to the handrail to keep your
balance, bending slowly develops strength in the leg muscles.
5. Plie in first position – standing with heels together bend and stretch to releve.(Rise)
6. Travelling movements – using the space in the room to dance.
