Cycling in Accra

Hi, I am potentially moving to Accra very shortly and have been unable to find out how easy/safe/possible road cycling is around Accra city for training purposes?聽聽Does anyone have experience of road cycling or know where this can be done or if groups meet up for training?聽 If not on the road, does anyone have any info on mountain biking?

I have seen people cycling around and I know there was a blog on this site of a guy who did a lot of cycling.
