Try 'Neem'.聽 You can get it at most supermarkets.聽 Its great for maintaining general health.

Iam sorry, I don't know of one.聽 Kenya doesn't seem to have a tradition of homeopathy in the same way as the UK, for example.聽

There are plenty of herbalists/healers about, but finding them can be difficult.聽 I know that my Wife has used them, but these were people from her home village, who she has known from childhood and I don't know how accessible they would be for an expat!

Neem isn't a medicine, its a herbal preparation (from a tree) and is a fantastic all round health booster.聽 Kenyans call it 'Muarubaini' as it is claimed to sort out 40 illnesses.聽 It tastes awful, but I can throughly recommend it, especially if you cant find a homeopathic doctor.
