i know alot European ,Americana ,Canadian woman live with their libyan husbands here in Libya  for long time don't ask how Libya looks like but come and mangle with your man family and see that closer
if are looking for safety Libya is safe
if are looking for respect you will find it if you respect your self and others specially cloths in public
Dressing modestly will gain you more respect.
work you will find directly if are English teacher you will find decent job
Libya inexpensive
if are looking for children schools it's available
whats the point of your question what do you want to know specifically

do not open your ear to a few expatriates trying to sarcastic from Libya and libyan people and want give bad idea about it
