I am resigning from a Libyan company here after 7 years of service and I will be going back to my country. I have been paying all taxes including social insurance. Does anyone know if it is possible to claim the social insurance my contribution and companies contributions?

It's an urban myth.
In over 30 years here, I have never known anyone successfully get this back. Many have tried.
