8 club is in Regatta. Unless you are employed by one of the 8 then you can't use their facilities. I can't remember who the 8 are, maybe Schlumberger, Weatherford, Oxy聽 and others ?
It's not a club with a bar, music or anything like that. So don't worry. You're not missing anything.
