If that is the cost of living i would consider sicily where you can live with 800 euros a month very well

Costs are always subjective but my opinions:

鈧� 1,500 for a monthly rent is not much if you are renting a high end apartment or a villa.

However 鈧� 1,200 for groceries is a huge amount...MUR 10,000 monthly for a family of 4 is sufficient.

鈧� 250 for utilities is also high unless you are running the AC for hours everyday.
