Sole proprietorship for foreigner allowed or not in Cambodia ?

Hi,

This is the question where no answer has been made on the internet.
We all know that Cambodia allows foreigner to 100% own a private limited company.
I want to know if it's possible for a foreigner to create and 100% own a sole proprietorship in Cambodia ?
If yes, is there some specific sector where this is allowed or not ? (My sector is: web development services where the idea is to hire local staff after).
When people speak about "small business", they speak about a sole proprietorship business and not a private limited company right ?

I think you can, What I heard from people you can own your company here. That is why many owners of businesses. But when it comes to land, you can buy a condo but not the land with a house.

Try to ask for people who has businesses here once you reach Cambodia. I think that will be better.

yes you can investest in cambodia and can buy condo and house from the first floor .
