Teachers in Guangzhou

Hi, im moving to guangzhou next sunday and would love to get in contact with anyone whos currently teaching english in guangzhou as i will be doing! I dont know anyone in Guangzhou yet (obviously as i have never been there before) and would love to meet up with anyone doing the same as me especially any australians out there!

Hi,

Welcome to Guangzhou, you'll find it a fascinating but very big and very hot city.

I suggest you join Internations.org and meet up with other foreigners, otherwise the city can be a lonely place. Internations is a social network group and I am one of the organisers. We have many activities in the city; Chinese people who speak good English also attend.

I am currently writing an article about teaching in China and when I have posted it I will send you the link. There is so much to write, I could almost write a book on the subject. As you can guess, I am a teacher in Gz.

Hope you enjoy your first few days in Guangzhou. I am not a teacher, but i am involved in the education sector.

just opened a new company teaching English and helping students go overseas.

What area are you in ?
