I'm not sure as it doesn't apply to me, but I read that you need proof of a pension or income of at least US$1500 per month and need to employ two Indonesian citizens as well as a few other requirements such as insurance, proof of rent and so on. I think that gets you a one year visa but don't quote me on all this.
