you can try to come to Segarra in Ancol beach. there u can have wine in beach with a nice sofa. better come in sunset time.. i love to be there...

or else i recommend The Pure, the ground is rotating 360 degres on itself and its on 35th floor. so u can get a nice view..

try Skye, 56th Floor Menara BCA, the latest cool romantic venue in Jakarta. But, with the romantic view over the city's skyline, expect sky high prices.

William Kafe Artistik, Jalan Panglima Polim Raya
Pastis, Kuningan (at the outside of restaurant, they have pavilion/pendopo)
Cafe Batavia, near Mueseum Fatahillah

Segarra Beach Club for the food is so so, the price is dedicated to the place and view I think, and Wine hmmm ok
I like the sofa
If you are not consider to the menu, Segarra is the place
