Hi there,

Can anyone advise which permits are required to build a house and what is the cost of those permits. I understand the cost varies and would appreciate any information you can provide on how it is calculated. Also, how long does it take for the permit to be approved or rejected?

Hi Abdul,

This is a permit to build in Surabaya:

IMB can take care of only 500 K聽 - 1000K, You must have a house design / drawing
That is for the size of 200m2 ground dimension.
