EP is at IMM Stage, meaning?

Hi Friends, I'm from India,on 11-02-2022 EP status is showing at IMM stage.. Could you please guide, is there any issue? Will it be approved or rejected?

And, how long it will take to get this approved.
Please suggest. Thanks in advance!!

IMM stage is the final stage before approval.
Depending on whether the it is and MDEC application or ESD application, you should be expecting your stage 1 approval letter within 7-10 working days.

Chances of EP rejection after it has reached IMM Decision stage are very very less.! as long you are not in the No fly list and do not have incidents of deportation in the past you should be good.

Its an MDEC application for an IT company.
How long does it may take for EP approval?
And what would be the next stage2 ?
