Where can I repair my laptop?

Hi all,

I'm Vietnamese, just moved here in KL since June. My laptop is now not working.

Please may I have any advices where can I have it fixed?

Yes. Take it to Low Yat Plaza in Bukit Bintang which is one of the biggest electronic centers in Kuala Lumpur. On the 3rd and 4th floors there are lots of specialist computer repairs shops as well as shops selling everything to do with computers. Before I switched to iMacs I used to take my items to ALL IT Hypermarket who have a repair service on the side of the store. This mall also sells handphones and accessories.

By the way, you'll probably need to back up all your important data and confidential information onto a memory card or hard drive before giving the laptop to anyone to repair. Just in case you didn't know.

Thanks Hansson. How thoughtful you are :) I'll make sure all my data is moved up to a hard drive before handing them my laptop.
