Residency in Nepal

Hi,

I am a new member to this site and it looks like a great place for advice on living in Nepal.

I am hoping to get some advice on getting residency status in Nepal. My Wife is a Nepali citizen and we want to live there long term after my retirement. If anyone out there has some knowledge on this process I would love to hear from you.

That's an easy question. A marriage visa is the easiest and cheapest. But your wife will need to accompany you to immigration to make sure it is a real marriage.
