As an American, I am currently working remotely as a bookkeeper in the United States, but I am considering relocating to the Philippines. Would this present any issues?

No issues, maybe just get ready to have a local bank since there's a high payment when you withdrawing money using international card, mostly we use Wise as bank transfer

@tariq campbell聽 I use the Charles Schwab Debit card which reimburses 100% for all ATM fees at the end of every month.聽 I use WISE and Remitly to transfer funds from CS to my PNB account in the Philippines

Hello, Tariq, welcome!

Other than financial issues mentioned already, look into internet service where you built. Some places have outages. I dont know if you need service 24/7 or can wait for it to be restored.
