leasing land from your Filipine spouse

After buying a house with my wife i am interested in hearing from anyone that has leased the land from them for so many years in case the worst senario she was to die before you.聽聽Also what is the costs involved.

I will assume you are legally married to your wife who is a Filipina, then in case she dies before you, you become her heir; it is only in succession that nationality is not an issue; of course together with your children!
