Moving to Davao City

I'm planning on visiting Davao soon to look at places to live and retire. Can anyone recommend a good area of Davao city ? I like to play golf and go fishing plus I am very sociable so would to be in a nice community area.

For a golfer South Pacific subdivision is the best place in Davao. It is a very nice, safe and calm place and it include one of the best golf course of Philippines . The houses are very nice and there is plenty vacant lots available. In the same area Amya sub. Is also near a golf course and is one of the top sub.聽 .....so calm. In Davao these 2 places are difficult to beat....golfer or not. Welcome

we live in Toril Davao ,in Susana homes III , we like it here聽 it's close to market and mall ,quit neighborhood as most are home owners with jobs . and it's away from davao main trafic jams and noise .there is also close (10 mins drive) by a smal hospital with good docktors ,just in case of he . if ya wana visit us ,thats fine pm me and i give ya the adreas were we live (we have a (smal ) guest room with airco if ya wanna check it out here over a longer period and your welcome聽 to do so .
