MOM needs more documents for EP

Dear Sir/Madam

We refer to your recent Employment Pass application. We are unable to process your application at this time.

We need these document(s) from you to decide on the outcome of this case:

鈥� A copy of the candidate's employment contract with the employer, showing the breakdown of the candidate's salary, including any portion paid by overseas employer (if any).

鈥� List of the organisation鈥檚 existing employess (both local and foreign) stating their NRIC number/ FIN , Name, jobs title, fixed monthly salary.

鈥� Latest 3 months' corporate bank records reflecting electronic payment of salaries to the organisation's employees.

鈥� Employer's latest financial statements or audited latest annual revenue report (FY2022)

鈥� To include a copy of support letter for the applicant, justifying the high proposed salary with reference to applicants job scope, roles, qualifications and relevant work experience.

how much possible to approved the EP i got this additional document required聽 from聽 MOM.

As you can easily see

The employer did not include your employment contract in the application, which is a standard requirement - does the company know what they are doing?
MoM doubts the company's eligibility to hire foeigners - and their ability to pay their salaries.
Your proposed pay is higher than MoM would expect for this job.

Obviously, your chances depend on how the company replies to this and whether they can dispel MoM's suspicions.

Hello Bikram, I am in a similar situation now. What happened with your pass eventually?

we received similar round of questions followed by another question about the company鈥檚 finances. I鈥檓 surprised as the company seems well capitalized (although it is mid-sized and not a global conglomerate)
