Is Lakeside a good place to live ?

in SG for a few days having a look around for a flat share with fellow British 草榴社区 or a Flat to rent have a max budget of $2500 inc...Lakeside looks ok but would appreciate some comments from you guys living here.聽 Will be teaching in the Queenstiwn area when I come back in August.

Lakeside is quite a good place. Important near Lakeside MRT station from there go queenstown around 20 mins

If you like the west. Lakeside is good enough.

If your side of the budget is $2500 all in, I think you can move nearer to queenstown. If it is a shared budget then聽 I guess lakeside is fine enough.

Try Bouna Vista if you can, nearer to Queenstown and also the town area.

Singapore is pretty much tiny and anywhere you live, you can reach on time and its very convenient, safe and accessible. Lakeside is good.

Agree with JustDK. You can afford to move closer to Queenstown, otherwise the morning rush hour on the roads and public transport are gonna frustrate you
