They are many field for play football but its all 7vs7 Sorry.
I play football with CMU (chiang mai university). We training every day if you are in Chiang mai maybe you can come and training with us if you want? if you interested i can ask the coach

I am same you i search a team for play football before and i didnt find that's why i play with them now i learn thai in cmu too but they told me if i have a friend want come and train with us its ok.

Sorry for late reply I have been away...

I do not live in Chiang Mai anymore but the oval at the University is full of games kicking off around 5.30 - 6.00pm...
