Running an online company

benjoj

Hi all

I have a business idea that I am looking into, but I understand that being from the UK I will find it very difficult and troublesome to get a company registered here in Vietnam.

All transactions would be done online, and no physical money will change hands in the country. Although the website would be hosted in the UK, there will be some low-value physical items that are supplied to certain individuals free of charge in Vietnam as part of this project.

Can someone please explain the legalities behind me setting up a company in the UK instead of in Vietnam? It would be a lot simpler to do it this way.

Thanks

Ben

Hi,

I think it's kind of hard to explain via a forum. I would suggest that you contact a business consultant in vietnam. You would be better of talking with one.
