i am looking for the following foods in HCMC. can anybody help?
1. Nutritional yeast
2. Chia seeds
3. Kefir
4. Hemp
5. Black garlic

What kind of yeast: beer, bread,...? Any case, I don't know.

2. Chia seeds

Due to the narcotic stimulant content, it is not available for sale

You can go to Phuong Ha shop 58 H脿m Nghi, D1.
They sell everything there.
For kefir, if you mean the yogurt. You can try Kefir yogurt Vinamilk. Just to to any supermarket.
