from memory, there is an area around district 3 which has a computer parts market, can anyone remember the street names and district ?. Thanks in advance

Maybe in district 1 around the streets Bui Thi Xuan / Ton That Tung.
Or the Nhat Tao Market in district 10
But nothing in district 3

I've bought new parts at this little store on Bui Thi Xuan, there are others at this Coop Mart end of the street. Don't know about used parts.
