From my observation of friends that have tried that here, the previous remarks have a high probability of being accurate.

Or after she moves in, you find slowly you are supporting her extended family.

Agree with the comments that you will need to have your guard up but this is the case most anywhere. Meanwhile you can have interesting times interviewing prospects until you find the right one!
