Anybody body can get a visa to Costa Rica, or to any country for that matter, as long as you meet the requirements for a given visa category.

The answer to your question depends on the purpose of the visa.

聲 Are you looking for a tourist visa?
聲 Are you planning to only do a business trip to Costa Rica to meet with existing/possible business partners?
聲 Are you planning on opening a branch for your business in Costa Rica?
聲 Are you planning on relocating indefinitely to Costa Rica?

I looked for your company online and it does not have a website. For any work related visas, your company needs to be compliant with business regulations.

All these are relevant questions to determine the appropriate visa for you.
