Have been trying for 5 months to get a real person at any consulate to respond to our request to start paperwork so we can move to Honduras when I retire. No luck... any suggestions on how we can get paperwork, retiree applications, residency data, etc.

I agree with Chris,聽 You will need an attorney.聽 There is a saying in Honduras...Con el dollar baila el mono which means with money the monkey will dance for you otherwise no money no honey.
