My family and I will be going to Puerto Rico for 4 months just for vacation. We are having trouble finding a place to stay. We are looking at renting a 1 bedroom house or apartment as close to the beach as possible. We have a limited budget for rent of a max 1250/month. Pelican Reef, Rincon, Corcega Beach. Right on the ocean. Nice location. Modern and comfortable rooms. Check this video. I used this agent and recommend him.

We stayed in Dorado in a 2 br condo.聽 It was 1500 but we were there only 1 month.聽 Maybe with a 4 month stay you could negotiate a better price.聽 The complex was on the beach with access. This was right next to Embassy Suites.聽 If you are interested I can get you contact information for the realtor that we worked with, she was great.聽 When are you going? I used a vacation by owner website originally and would not recommend that as the pictures looked good but the place was a dump.聽 We stayed for two nights until we could find a decent place. Will be happy to help if you are staying in the Dorado area.聽 I really do not know much about any other area.聽 We stay in PR in the winter as well as a couple of other visits to family each year.
