I would recommend you come to visit for an extended stay and see what you like. English speaking are mostly in the San Juan metro area, Fajardo, Humacao, Dorado and the west of the island. The west is the most popular area for American 草榴社区s. There are about 270 miles of beaches surrounding the island and there are many gated communities you could live in. Several good hospitals in all those areas
