Hi! I have already recommended here Leader school of russian  as i studied there for a coule of months and really liked my teacher. Prices are low because in Minsk it is in general quite cheap. And it is not that simple to find a school of Russian here  - there are not many of them here. Check on FB Learn Russian in Minsk - you will find the group and hints about visa which is difficult here
