Changing telenet channels

Hi all,
I currently have a subscription to Telenet for my internet and TV,聽 I recently added both Prime Movies and Sporting Telenet to my package, but the movies just show the same thing over and over (Like Sky in the UK) and the Sports does not cater for my needs at all ( not near enough premiership games)

I have looked on their website for a way to cancel these but I can only see a way to add more stations.
Does anyone know how I would go about scaling back my channel selection or if it is even possible?

Never mind, it was simply a case of calling them up and having them send me out a form to cancel.
They do not explain this on the website at all, and the process will also take over 30 days so I am stuck paying for a service I do not use for another month at least

Ah well, I guess you live and learn
