New SP Request From Belgium

I applied for SP fro Belgium and my employer submited the documents and when I was checking the status I got this pending document - anyone has received similar request?

what does this means?

With the last rules in Belgium, the profession should be in the ‘needed professions’ list.

Your employer or you should have mention that in the application. They are asking about your profession to match it with the profession list that they have sent you.
