Immigration solicitors recommendations

Suzi Masterson

After employing multiple scammers to help obtain a d visa.

It's cost a small fortune and wasted a lot of time. I've had immigration specialists/solicitors recommended on Facebook who have taken money and blocked me. Awesome! I have got my money back each time through my UK bank. Not the point. I want a vida for myself and my kids.

I have a business here in the UK. Can anyone recommend someone that can actually do what they are paid to do please.

I am so sorry you've had so much hassle, Suzi. I'd been wondering how things were going for you with the move. I hope you can get the visa issue resolved.

I think I worried elaine. Facebook is a hassle when it has a diva moment 😂

I took a risk last year..I thought it was a low risk. But dodgy solicitor made it different. Its been the knock on from risking it. I'm glad I did in a way. I now know I dont want to live in the UK. I know the grass is literally greener haha

The Australian Embassy's website also provides a similar list of English-speaking lawyers in Sofia.

I'm so glad you found your greener grass! Praying all goes well getting the visa with a non-dodgy solicitor, this time.

Well the way that the UK and America is going I wouldn't be surprised if more people leave.

I'm a UK citizen now with Bulgarian residency. I used a really good, reasonably priced, law firm from Plovdiv called Respect Consult LTD. Their immigration lawyer Nikolay Vassilev will help you through the post Brexit process of obtaining a D visa at the consulate in London, which will enable you to apply for residency. Nickolay speaks perfect English and did a great job for me. You will probably need to use British notary lawyers. They can vary in price so shop around. You will need to have your documents apostilled to make them legal abroad. You can do this through the notary or use a separate apostille service. Good luck!

We'll be using Tanya Dimitrova at when we go through getting stuff done ourselves. She's been extremely helpful with giving us information and has also come recommended.

I would never touch Facebook for anything serious like that, the marketplace alone is a joke full of a scams.
