Help rehoming two dogs - Varna

We have two dogs who need new homes as I am no longer able to care for them. My father in law who lives in Varna is going into assisted living and dogs are not allowed. I was wondering if anyone knew of any no-kill shelters or other resources for rehoming? They are two small lab mix dogs, one black female older approx 5, one brown male, 3 years old, both house broken, well behaved and gentle and up to date on their shots. My biggest fear is they either end up on the streets or are put to sleep. Pictures on request.

Their website is in German, but Googling I found this no-kill shelter in Varna:

I have no personal experience with them, but even if they can't help, they may know someone who can.
