Bagpipe Player in Dubrovnik

I am getting married next August in Dubrovnik and am really struggling to find anyone to play the Pagpipes for my wife to be.

She is really disappointed that this may not happen but I'm keeping this a secret and hoping to surprise her on the day, can anyone help?

You might want to research folkloric groups or University music departments. Do you want Scottish, Irish, or Balkan bagpipes? :-)
