Capital Gains Tax nightmare

Hello, has anyone else had problems with the tax office in Lisbon after selling their only residence in Portugal, being a resident for over 183 days in their tax year and reinvesting the proceeds into a new house in the UK with 2 years of the sale and having to fight not to pay the CGT rollover I am legally entitled to.聽 Both my accountant and solicitor are having real problems with them and I understand I am not the only one.聽 Any advice/support would be welcome.聽 Many thanks.
