Hi!

I'm considering to buy a flat/house (preferable) in France and looking for a nice area. The most important thing is weather - it聽 should be not very hot in summer and not very cold in winter. Would be great to have Russian speaking people around. Would be very grateful if you can recommend such areas.

Weather is good is France , not so bad,Only the thing is to heavy snow in Winter times,u can ask to French campus people ,they can help u ,or the Alliance Fran莽aise they can help u for this.
