Housing/Renting in Grenoble

Hello all,

My wife and I will be moving to Grenoble in October this year. We are completely new to France and were hoping to get some advise/help with regards to finding rental apartments in Grenoble. What does the process entail in general, do we need a property agent/agency, and if yes, any recommendations? Our budget is 1000 Eu or less for a 2 bedroom unit, preferably furnished. Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome !

I would suggest that you read the articles under the Accommodation in France section of the website to know more about formalities. You may then create an advert in the Housing in Grenoble section to get offers.

You don't really need an agent but it can help. In regards to offers you may receive, they can be from either individuals or agents/agencies.
