Ask the Red Cross. They are a major provider of first aid courses here. If they don't offer English language courses themselves, they probably know where to find them.

Beppi pointed out that the original post is already 6 years old. So of course this information is too late for the OP but still useful for readers on this site. Some driving schools offer English language instruction and the written driving test is offered in 13 languages including English. A problem for English speakers might be that the practical driving test is usually only given in German although I have heard that it might be offered in English as well in Berlin. But one has to do the testing in the region where they are registered.
