On this site you can search for members from Nepal. Hover your cursor over "community" in the menu at the top and then click on "members鈥� and there is a search function including nationality.

Otherwise you might have to use your Google skills and look for Nepalese in Ulm. I did a quick search and found the link below which is a Facebook Group for Nepalese students in Ulm. I found additional information about this group, Nepalese Student Association, in Ulm at the 2nd link which claims they have 158 members and put on occasional events. This sounds like your best chance!

Sorry, my mistake. Like I said, I did a quick search and then posted without looking at the organization in detail. It should have made me think since I doubt there are so many Nepali students in Ulm, Germany.
