Cost of living in Gibraltar

Hello and thank you for letting me join your forum.

I along with my wife are looking at retiring in Gibraltar. The sell of our house in England will allow us to buy a place there.

We are wondering what is the cost of living would be.

cost of utilities, groceries etc

Would £20k a year be sufficient bearing in mind that we would have no mortgage.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

Have you researched the property prices in Gibraltar? They are not cheap and they are all apartments so they will have service charges etc, food is cheaper in la linea if you go to the mercodonna as for the rest that depends on your lifestyle..... eating out isn't cheap
