Hi and welcome to the Forum.

The EU has introduced the Driver's Certificate of Professional Competence (Driver CPC).  In order to work, driving a vehicle in cat CE, you will also need to have this qualification.

This may help you, but I have no personal experience of working with them, so always watch out for scammers.
