Hello, I'm a Filipino who wants to study BFA in Medium- and Material Based Art in KHiO. Does anyone have knowledge about the application & requirements needed for international students in that school? Also I鈥檇 like to ask about the procedure of being granted a student visa permit.

Hopefully someone from Philippines or any International Student who is already studying in Norway or maybe even a Norwegian that could maybe help me. I've been googling infos about Norwegian Universities & about Students Visa & stuff but it seems like they're always trying to send me to some sites that has information that I already know of.

I am desperately finding someone that can teach me how to study in Norway. I certainly will be gratefull for any of your response, thank you so much in advance!

I didn't attend that school you mentioned, but based on my experience enrolling and finishing at 2 universities:

-application: this usually happens at s酶knadsweb or samordnaopptak

there you will upload all scanned copy of your school credentials, and there might be instances that they will ask for a direct sending of your TOR from the university in Ph to the university here in Norway (TOR sealed in an envelope)

-language: check the course you are applying for if they have a required level of Norwegian language, sometimes this is part of the requirements to get a place at the university. But your is arts so maybe not, but double check.

Request a certificate from your school in the Ph that your degree taken with them was conducted under the english language (if it was), as this gives us a pass from taking IELTS.

-visa: as long as you fulfill the requirements listed in the udi website you mostly likely will get approval

-email: if in case you have inquiries that the website of the school doesn't contain, you can email them and they will reply. It might just take time for them to reply between july-september because we have summer vacation.

Also, may i ask what is level 3 ability in Norwegian? Cause their website says that qualifications from a non-Nordic countries must document either level-3 ability in Norwegian on the standard scale for foreign applicants or a pass in the so-called Bergenstest.

Is it niv氓 3?聽 if yes, i regret to tell you they require advanced norwegian level.
