Changing job during the working

Guys could you help me asap ?

My question is if I work somewhere in poland with work permit is it valid for different job with same position if it is not , in big cities at least how many months it takes time and should my employer apply again to labor test for work permit ?

You mean you want to change employer for a new one but you will practice the same profession on the same position type? If this is the case your new employer has to get a work permit for you.
