I have read of the wonders of VPN and am curious if anyone successfully uses it to view streaming services from their land of origin.

I have Netflix in Romania and I don't know if A. I can access the US or UK films with it using VPN; or B. Open a US or UK account and use VPN to access it. Any help or links to finding the answer would be great.
