If you are in Romania, go in a village where there are Gypsies. In Moldova, the southern part, near Galati, Tecuci there are a lot. Could be cheap and you will enjoy but also will be creasy to deal with them!
If you are out of Romania, just try to buy it from eBay, a site for selling and buying!
